Stonehouse Goodwill Fest

Stonehouse Goodwill Fest

Stonehouse Community Partnership originally approached me following the success of the Stonehouse News redesign for Stonehouse Town Council, who now run the event themselves.

They needed a range of promotional items designed to promote the annual Stonehouse Goodwill Fest a family friendly Saturday afternoon – early evening ‘Christmas themed’ festival that brings together the Stonehouse community’s residents and businesses to celebrate all that is good about Stonehouse. The grand finale of which is a lantern parade along the High Street and the switching on of the Christmas lights. The publicity needed to appeal to a wide audience, be impactful and informative.

SCP at the time also had a need for a professional photographer to document the event from start to finish.

I designed sponsorship packs, banners, posters and event programs back in 2016 all centred around a lantern carrying snowman which appealed to both young and old alike. Banners and posters were displayed in and around Stonehouse with programmes given out prior to and on the day to inform people of the schedule of activities throughout the event.

I then spent the afternoon at the event taking photographs which have been used for press releases, social media etc.

In 2019 I was asked to design new promotional publicity for the event which you can see here.
